Key Objectives:
Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
Use professional skills to fulfil client solution requirements to improve sales revenue
Monitor sales progress to ensure that personal goals are being met
Organize training for clients to help improve their skills
Responsibilities:
Interact with clients and respond to inquiries about the company’s products or solution
Maintain clients relationship and keep using our solution or products
Promote the company’s products or solutions to prospective clients
Provide continuous, constructive feedback to internal team
Organize internal resources for client training, POC, site walk etc.
Key Skills and qualifications:
Proven record of sales growth
Experience in CCTV, Security market as sales-related field
Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
Strong solution knowledge about security or related field
Project management skills 6 Clear verbal and written communication skills
Experience in CCTV/security solution sales
Technical skills which can help to understand the solution client needed
Problem-solving skills
