Job description
Key Responsibilities· Training delivery and facilitation of workgroups· Perform training and development assessments and evaluations· Apply current training and development technologies and methodologies for effective learning transfer· Ensuring end to end training administration is concluded· Customer liaison and communication
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s): · Grade 12 PLUS · National Diploma in Electrical Engineering Heavy Current/Power Engineering OR · National N Diploma in Electrical Fields with Trade Test All above qualifications to be at NQF Level 6 with 240 CreditsExperience:· Technical: 3 years’ related experience in technical training / electrical maintenance or engineering Skills and Competencies Required (includes internal training) · Behavioural – Independent working ability- Analytical · Leadership- Ability to manage groups · Knowledge- In depth knowledge of the field of facilitation- Knowledge of ETD methodologies- Knowledge of Eskom business · Skill- Planning skills- Interpersonal relations skills- Presentation skills- Facilitation skills- Evaluation skills · Attributes- Physical ability- Ability to work at heights- Ability to distinguish colours · Assessments- Proven track record in facilitating courses, assessing learners, moderating courses results, satisfying ISO 9001 2008 and accreditation requirements and evaluating providers “If you have not been contacted within 28 days after the closing date of this advertisement, please accept that your application was unsuccessful.” “Eskom is committed to equality, employment equity, and diversity.
