Location: Remote (USA – EST time zone)

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Senior NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimisation of the NetSuite ERP environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with business users, improving system efficiency, and ensuring the stability, performance, and usability of NetSuite across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the NetSuite platform, including user roles, permissions, workflows, and configurationsAct as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related support and system issuesManage system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and release coordinationCollaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to translate business needs into NetSuite configurationsDevelop and maintain saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and reportsEnsure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal controlsCreate and maintain system documentation, procedures, and user training materials
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years hands-on experience as a NetSuite AdministratorStrong knowledge of NetSuite configuration, user management, workflows, and reportingExperience supporting ERP processes across finance, order management, and operationsAbility to troubleshoot system issues and work with developers or vendors where requiredStrong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersComfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Qualifications
NetSuite certification(s) highly advantageousRelevant degree or equivalent professional experience
