Role responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of business and technology projects from initiation through to successful implementation.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Drive project execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within scope.
Proactively identify, manage, and remove delivery blockers to maintain project momentum.
Collaborate closely with business, technology, operations, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance forums.
Ensure projects adhere to established governance frameworks, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular communication and project updates.
Foster collaboration, accountability, and high performance across cross-functional teams.
Role requirements
8 – 10years experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex business and/or IT projects.
Experience within the financial industry will be highly advantageous.
Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects in complex environments.
Strong project planning, risk, issue, dependency, and budget management skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
Strong leadership, facilitation, and coordination skills across multiple teams and vendors.
Experience working within structured project governance frameworks.
A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to drive delivery while maintaining governance and control.
