Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Proven people management experience
Computer literate
Must be a strong client-service person
Must be helpful, responsive, and tech-savvy
Ability to work fast and think on your feet
Bilingual – Afrikaans home language preferred
Energetic, hands-on and ability to take ownership
Valid driver’s licence and own transport
