We’re looking for a BPM Developer who can design, build, and optimise intelligent business processes using tools like IBM Business Automation Workflow and Camunda.

Design and build automated workflows that simplify complex processesDevelop scalable, production-ready software componentsOrchestrate systems using BPM tools, APIs, and microservicesIntegrate event-driven solutions using Kafka/ConfluentApply AI-driven insights to optimise processes and decision-makingTroubleshoot, fix, and continuously improve systemsCollaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to deliver great solutions
Your Toolbox
You’re comfortable working with:
Java (11+), Spring Boot, REST APIsBPM platforms (IBM BPM / BAW or Camunda 7/8)BPMN 2.0 / DMN modellingKafka / Confluent (event streaming)Git and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)Microservices and modern architecture
Bonus: Experience with AI-driven automation or exposure to banking environments.
