The incumbent will work under supervision and guidance, completing assigned tasks in accordance with established IT procedures, policies, and standards. We are looking forward to your application.Under supervision support IT programs and activities to deliver set objectives and targets Undertake generally repetitive tasks to gather information and data for business requirements reviews Comply with established procedures for implementation of prescribed system process analysis tools and methods and record business processes and metrics Assist in reporting and document ways in which applications/ systems interact to support business processesSupport general admin tasks related to software testing and debugging as per plans to ensure functionality and quality Verify and process test plans and scripts based on functional requirements and carry out test scripts using testing tools Classify basic information to prepare user documentation based on functional requirements Resolve recurring routine issues, and implement enhancements for IT work methods focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
