Job Description OverviewSupports maintenance activities by assisting artisans with preventative and corrective maintenance, ensuring tools and equipment are safe and operational, and maintaining clean, safe, and compliant work areas. The role also helps address minor building and equipment issues while adhering to health, safety, environmental, and food safety standards. ResponsibilitiesMaintenanceChecked tools are in good working order and safe to use(at start and finish of shift)Handed right tools to the Artisan when necessaryGreased bearings, clean panels and machines (PM related)Checked connectionsBlowed out machinesCompleted assigned maintenance work (PM related)Attended call-outs with Artisan when necessaryClose out of EHS (Near Miss) issuesClose out of FSQ issuesAttend to small building-, machine issues except to any moving or live equipment.HousekeepingEnsured area where Artisans had been working is cleanEnsured workshop is cleanSafetyAlways worn safety gear (PPE)Aware and adhere to food safety standards QualificationsGrade 1212 months relevant experience
