The position will be part of the dynamic team based at Ngezi Concentrator Engineering reporting to the Operations Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS
AND REQUIREMENTS:
Class 1 Artisan – Fitter/Electrician/Boilermaker National Diploma or City and Guilds T5 At least 5 years’ experience in Maintenance Planning for a large-scale mining operation or heavy equipment industry PRAGMA maintenance planner qualification and/or relevant Engineering degree are added advantages Demonstrated skill in resource scheduling, planning, organizing, scheduling and managing maintenance activities Technical knowledge of concentrator plant and equipment
CORE COMPETENCIES:
A self-starter with excellent interpersonal, planning, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated supervisory experience with strong communication skills Developing and implementing detailed scopes of work on plant and equipment maintenance, including condition monitoring Working with supervisors and artisans to draft effective preventative and/or predictive maintenance programs Updating the equipment register, and scheduling work with maintenance and production teams Preparing and securing resources for and developing monthly and weekly plans for major shutdowns Work management and production reports Implementing all statutory maintenance work Monitoring failure analyses being undertaken in SAP Assisting in promoting the company’s Business Management System
