At Jonsson Workwear, every garment is built with intent — shaped through discipline and delivered with purpose. From concept through to customer, our product journey relies on clarity, structure and consistent execution to deliver workwear that performs at the highest standard.
As we continue to strengthen how our product function operates, the Product Execution Lead sits at the centre of ensuring our product pipeline runs with clarity, alignment and consistency. This role plays a key part in translating product intent into structured, well-managed delivery across the business.
Working closely with the Head of Product, you will maintain alignment to business priorities while managing the flow of work across a fast-moving and often shifting pipeline. Partnering with Garment Technology, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement and Marketing, your role is to bring structure, visibility and discipline to how product moves from concept through to delivery.
As someone who is naturally organised, accountable and comfortable working across multiple teams, you take ownership of execution and are able to maintain momentum while keeping standards high. Your ability to create clarity, manage competing demands, and ensure follow-through will be key in driving consistency across the product function.
The Product Execution Lead will be required to:
Own execution across product development, ensuring clear visibility, accountability and delivery from intake through to completion.
Manage project plans, timelines and milestones, maintaining a structured and well-controlled flow of work across the product pipeline.
Maintain full visibility across all active projects, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks and capacity constraints that may impact delivery.
Own and manage the product critical path, ensuring reviews, decision points and key deadlines are consistently achieved.
Review and validate incoming briefs, ensuring work is clearly defined and ready before entering the system.
Control workflow through structured readiness points, ensuring projects progress in a disciplined and consistent way.
Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring product priorities remain aligned to broader business direction.
Track delivery performance against agreed timelines, escalating risks and ensuring issues are addressed before impacting outcomes.
Drive consistency in process, systems and handovers across the product function, reinforcing a high standard of execution and accountability.
