Qualifications

• HR-related or legal qualification; Preferred: Relevant qualification in Law (LLB) or related field (e.g. BCom Law)• 2–5 years’ experience in Employee Relations / Industrial Relations (Solid experience in the retail industry – advantage)
• Strong understanding of South African labour legislation and dispute resolution processes (CCMA)
