Ability to integrate automation with APIs and databases.RPA ToolsHands-on experience with platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate. Knowledge of workflow design, BOT orchestration, and exception handling.Software Development Practices Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN). Testing and debugging skills.Business & Analytical SkillsProcess Mapping & Analysis Ability to identify repetitive, rule-based tasks suitable for automation. Strong documentation and workflow design skills.Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking Translating business requirements into technical solutions. Optimizing processes for efficiency and scalability.Complementary Skills Database Knowledge: SQL for querying and managing data. Cloud & Integration: Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce).Soft Skills: Communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management to align automation with business goals. QualificationsOccupational Certificate: RPA Developer (NQF Level 5) Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering is highly beneficial.
