We are offering an exciting opportunity for the position of Senior Solutions Design Manager Europe & MEA – Warehouse Design. In this position you will play a crucial role to lead and strategize complex warehouse design projects across our Europe & MEA countries and clusters. You will collaborate closely with our commercial team to understand customer requirements and co-develop impactful technical solutions where you can showcase your expertise, drive customer success, and shape the future of warehouse design!

What will your responsibilities be?
Develop and design high technical/commercial warehouse solutions together with the project teamModel scenarios of current and future operational solutions, and present and advise alternative cost-benefit analysis and value modelsAdvise the customer in new and innovative solutions which address the customer’s needs and demonstrate clear solution fitSupport the development of a commercial framework for your proposed innovative solution with Business Development & Key Account Managers in order to achieve DSC’s growth, contract retention, and continuous improvement objectives.Learn, grow, and become the driver of sustainability and innovation for our customers
You won’t find another Senior Solutions Design Manager Europe & MEA – Warehouse Design position like the one you’ll find with DHL Supply Chain. Now, here’s what we need from you:
5 to 8 years experience in logistics or end-to-end supply chainPrevious exposure to modeling and designing of complex warehousing solutions or domestic transport network, logistics/site operations, etc.Previous experience/knowledge in project management within supply chain environmentAdvanced knowledge in data analysis using ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and influence key stakeholdersAbility to work successfully in a complex and international environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasksA master’s degree in (or with a focus on) Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Industrial EngineeringEnglish & German fluency at business level
What can you bring as a plus?
Experience in technical salesGood understanding of all solutions design tools, techniques, and proceduresProficiency in AutoCAD, CAD, SketchUp or similar toolsWarehouse AutomationAny further European language will be beneficial
