Job Description
The Head of People Change and Communication leads the integration of change management, communication, and strategic people initiatives across the Group. The role ensures People and business change initiatives are aligned, prioritised, and delivered in a coordinated, people-centric way that drives understanding, engagement, adoption, and sustainable outcomes. The role also leads strategic People enablement, governance forums, and community and culture initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and connection.
Responsibilities
Develop
and maintain an enterprise-wide view of People and business change
initiatives, ensuring alignment, prioritisation, and effective sequencing.Lead
the design and implementation of change management frameworks, tools, and
strategies to support successful adoption of key initiatives.Build
change capability across HR teams and leaders, while providing oversight
on major transformation programmes.Develop
and oversee the People communication strategy, ensuring consistent
messaging and effective stakeholder engagement.Partner
with Internal Communications to deliver communication approaches that
support engagement and behavioural change.Lead
the People Change & Communications team, driving accountability,
capability, and delivery excellence.Coordinate
key governance forums, including People Exco, People Board, and Executive
engagement sessions.Facilitate
the development of strategic board and executive materials, ensuring clear
insights and alignment to business priorities.Manage
the Group People calendar and oversee key People community, culture, and
engagement events, including conferences, awards, and leadership forums.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s
degree in human resources, Organisational Psychology, Business,
Communications, Change Management, or a related field.Relevant
postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.
Experience
8 – 10
years’ experience in Change Management, Human Resources, Organisational
Development, Communications, or a related field.Proven
experience leading organisation-wide change and transformation
initiatives.Experience
developing communication, engagement, and stakeholder management
strategies.Experience
working with senior leaders and executives.Demonstrated
people leadership and team management experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
Strong
change management and organisational development expertise.Excellent
communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.Strategic
thinking and problem-solving ability.Strong
facilitation, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.Project
and programme management capability.Ability
