Key Responsibilities Design NTCSA learning and Development Strategy that is fit for purpose.Direct and manage analysis, planning, monitoring and reporting on learning, skills developmentTransformation and BBEEEDirect, manage, and quality assure on employee and learner developmentEnsure group compliance with skills development and employment equity governance processes and all relevant regulations, i.e. Skills Development Act, the Employment Equity Act, and the BBBEE ActManagement of stakeholdersResource Management Skills and Competencies Required Behavioural: IntegrityHonestyTrustworthinessProfessionalism Leadership: Live the Eskom vision and valuesGrow peopleIgnite passionPromote teamworkEncourage the right behaviourPromote open and transparent communicationStrategic thinkingNetworkingGoal SettingProcess excellence Knowledge: In-depth knowledge, skill development, learning, employment equity and transformation at the business unit levelGood understanding of the entire business value chainKnowledge of applicable legislations (Skills Development Act, BBBEE, Employment Equity and Codes of good practice Skill: Business acumenResearch and analytical skillsProblem solvingPolicy developmentBusiness Report Writing
Minimum requirements
