FCSReporting to the Operations Manager The above position is vacant at our Worcester Branch. The overall purpose of this position is to transport Crewman and Custodians to collect and deliver clients’ money and provide proof of delivery and collection.Minimum Requirements: Clear criminal recordPSIRA accredited with a minimum Grade C qualificationCash in Transit (CIT) CertificateFirearm competency – with a minimum handgun (for business purposes) qualificationValid drivers license – code C1 (minimum) and a valid PDPAt least 2 years’ experience in security industry or similar role (Advantageous at FSG)Able to work under pressurePhysically fitJob Specification (not totally inclusive):Full responsibility and accountability for collecting and delivering clients’ moneyReport all delays to the Operations Manager immediatelyIncident prevention and reportingMaintain radio contact with controllersTake preventive action towards any suspicious activityConduct vehicle audit and complete checklistDrive vehicle responsibly and complete documentation of accidents/ incidentsOther Personality Attributes: Must be honest and reliableMust have good verbal and language abilitiesMust be assertiveMust be self-motivatedPay attention to detailCustomer service and relationsQuality assuranceWilling to work overtimeWilling to travelCore Competencies: Self-developmentCommunication skillsCustomer focusTeam WorkWe reserve the right not to make an appointment to any advertised position.Whilst preference is given to existing employees at all times and the choice made is purely on merit, Historically Disadvantaged Candidates and Black Female Candidates are encouraged and supported in the FSG team.
