Job packs for several vacancies
Hiring for more than one role? Buy Standard listings in a pack and use them as your vacancies come up. Each job runs for 30 days from the day it goes live.

- Need more jobs than your pack? Extra jobs cost your pack's per-job price while the pack is still valid.
- Any job in a pack can be upgraded to Featured for R200 or to Urgent hiring for R149.
- Unused jobs expire at the end of the pack's validity period.
How it works
- Send us your vacancy. Use the form below or email employers@workscout.co.za with the job title, location, description, how to apply and the closing date if there is one.
- We check it. Every vacancy is reviewed before it is published. We contact you if anything is unclear.
- You get an invoice. We email an invoice for the option or pack you chose. Payment is by EFT.
- Your advert goes live. We publish your vacancy or start your promotion once payment is confirmed. With a pack, send us each vacancy when you are ready and we publish it from your pack. Promotions end automatically on the agreed date. Ask us at any time for your advert's views and apply-button clicks.

Tell us roughly how many vacancies you expect and over what period. We will quote a per-job price and a pack that fits.
Questions employers ask
How long does an advert stay live?
Every listing runs for 30 days, including jobs from a pack. Featured jobs are promoted for up to 30 days and Urgent hiring for 24 hours. You can ask us to remove the advert earlier if the position is filled.
Is the Featured price on top of the listing price?
No. The Featured job price includes the listing. If your job is already listed, or comes from a job pack, you only pay the Featured upgrade (R200).
How do job packs work?
You pay once for a number of Standard listings. Whenever you have a vacancy, email it to us and we publish it and take one job off your pack. You can see how many jobs you have left by asking us at any time.
Can I add jobs to my pack?
Yes. While your pack is valid, extra jobs cost the same per-job price as your pack.
Can you guarantee applicants?
No. We make your vacancy easy to find and easy to apply for, but the number and quality of applicants depends on the role, pay, location and the job market.
What do you need from us?
The job title, location, a clear description with requirements, how candidates should apply (a link or an email address) and the application closing date if there is one.
Can I change my advert after it is published?
Yes. Email us the changes.
How do I pay?
We send an invoice by email and you pay by EFT, using the invoice number as the reference. Your listing, pack or promotion starts once the payment is confirmed.
Our company profile is wrong. How do we fix it?
