FCSReporting to the Operations Manager The above position is vacant at our Worcester Branch. The overall purpose of this position is to load, balance, maintain, secure & attend to Client ATMs.Minimum Requirements:Clear criminal recordPSIRA accredited with a minimum Grade C qualificationCash In Transit (CIT) certificateFirearm competency – with a minimum handgun (for business purposes) qualificationAt least 2 years’ experience in security industry or similar role (Advantages at FSG)Experience in Custodian work (loading of ATM’s) is an advantageComputer literateValid Driver’s license is an advantageAble to work under pressurePhysically fitJob Specification:Loading of all ATMS on a daily basisSecuring and accounting for all cash transactions on a daily basisAttend to all technical; faults on the ATMBalancing and accurate cash transaction handlingEnsure all clients assets are secured at all timesEnsure all key procedures are followed at all timesComplaint in trans track scanning operationsClient interactions and assistanceOther Personality Attributes and core competencies: Must be honest and reliableMust have good verbal and language abilitiesPossess numeric skillsMust be assertiveMust be self- motivatedCustomer service and relationsQuality assuranceWilling to work overtimeWilling to travelAlertnessSelf-developmentCommunication skillsCustomer focusTeam workAble to follow instructions accurately We reserve the right not to make an appointment to any advertised position.
