Warehouse & Distribution Manager

A long-established manufacturer of energy and power products needs a hands-on Warehouse Manager for its regional distribution warehouse. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead a team of 15 through 5 supervisors and keep stock moving accurately to branches and trade customers.
What you will own

Receiving, storage, picking and dispatch
Stock accuracy, cycle counts and variances
On-time, in-full regional deliveries
Safety and housekeeping on the floor

What you bring

Diploma in Warehouse Management, Distribution or Logistics (NQF 6)
5 years’ warehousing in manufacturing, including up to 3 years supervising
Automotive or industrial products experience preferred
You lead from the floor and know your team by name
You find the root cause when stock goes missing

Your technical toolkit

WMS or ERP (SAP, Syspro or similar)
Stock control and inventory reporting
MS Excel for KPI reporting
