A well-established specialist manufacturer needs an Engineering and Maintenance Manager to report to the Operations Executive. You will lead a Process Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Co-ordinator and drive the site’s automation roadmap.
What you will own
Preventive and condition-based maintenance across plant, utilities and buildings
Root cause analysis and downtime reduction
Capital projects from business case to handover
The site’s Industry 4.0 and automation roadmap
What you bring
Bsc Degree in Chemical or Mechnical Engineering or a related discipline
Operate at a GMR2.1 level
7+ years in manufacturing, 3+ leading engineering teams
Batch process manufacturing experience preferred
You fix root causes, not just breakdowns
You plan shutdowns with Production, not around them
Your technical toolkit
CMMS, ERP, CAD and PLC systems
OHS Act, GMR, PER, EIR and HCA Regulations
Budget, contractor and SLA management
