Senior Maintenance Millwright

Are you the Millwright the plant calls when a blow moulding machine stops and nobody else can find the fault?
A well-established manufacturer requires a senior, hands-on Millwright to lead technical fault-finding on its blow moulding production lines. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will restore production quickly, improve equipment reliability and guide fellow artisans, while helping to commission new machinery.
What you will own

Diagnosis and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults
Planned and predictive maintenance with accurate CMMS records
Root-cause analysis on repeat and critical breakdowns
Installation and commissioning of new blow moulding equipment

What you bring

Trade-tested Millwright or Electromechanician (Red Seal or equivalent)
Minimum five years’ post-trade blow moulding maintenance experience
Calm, safety-first judgement under production pressure
Willingness to coach others and work rotational standby and call-out

Your technical toolkit

Motor controls, VSDs, star-delta circuits and PLC I/O testing
Hydraulics, pneumatics, proportional valves and temperature controls
Precision alignment, gearboxes, pumps and bearings
